Description: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions, emotional “triggers,” and how to distinguish between different feelings. Those with higher EQ use emotional information about their emotions and triggers to guide thinking and behaviors. Also, to manage and adjust emotions, as well as, to adapt to environments. Besides recognizing and “honing” knowledge of personal-awareness and personal-management, people with high EQ, learn to recognize “social awareness” and “social management”. This workshop will work with both personal and social skills.
EQ statistics have repeatedly proven that 90% of top performers have high EQ. EQ is responsible for 58% of job performance! During the two day seminar, we will cover each of the four EQ traits with methods to more fully recognize and develop each. We will discover the “hard=wiring” we all have and learn how to manage it and use it to our advantage.
